Meritor® Air Link Suspension

The Air Link Suspension takes the three most important elements of a commercial vehicle suspension – roll stability, smooth ride, and lightweight durability – and maximizes them in an innovative comprehensive system.

The air suspension portion delivers the smooth ride expected from a top-quality system, while the unique walking bar gives roll stability that far exceeds conventional air systems.

The Air Link is ideal for on-/off-highway applications up to and including 52,000 pounds gross axle weight rating (GAWR) and can save as much as 450 pounds per tandem over competitive systems. The module is also lighter than our competition’s spring systems and rubber block suspensions. Typical applications include: logging, fire and rescue, refuse, and other severe-service vehicles.
